  • Submit a Refund Request: Email us at info@pagron.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your name, contact details, the project or service involved, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  • Review Process: Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days. We will then review your case, which may involve examining the project details, communications, and deliverables. This process may take up to 14 business days.

  • Resolution and Refund: After our review, we will communicate the outcome to you via email. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after the service has been initiated or completed.

  • Partial Completion: If the service has been partially completed and meets the agreed-upon specifications, a full refund will not be granted. In some cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of the work completed.

  • Client-Provided Errors: If the service was delivered based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, PAGRON LLC is not responsible for any dissatisfaction, and a refund will not be granted.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the client may be eligible to seek resolution through applicable legal channels.

  • Modifications to Services: If a client requests modifications or additional services after the initial agreement, these will be treated as separate requests and are not eligible for a refund of the original service unless mutually agreed upon.

  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed using the original payment method. PAGRON LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
